You should sleep for a minimum of 7 hours every night however if you can function on 6 hours of sleep that’s okay. If you want to be productive, you want to be well-rested both mentally and physically. Sleep is how you reset your body. Don’t sleep at 3 AM watching Netflix and expect to have a productive day the next day.

Plan Your Outfit
If you want to have a productive morning, planning your outfit the night before is super helpful. Mark Zuckerberg wears the same outfit every day to save on time. However, if you have a sense of style, you can save time by planning your outfit the night before. We all know how long it can be before determining an outfit. It doesn’t matter if you’re working from home or going out. Planning your outfit saves you at least ten minutes and some frustration every morning.
