It’s every woman’s dream to have naturally flawless skin without having to apply makeup. Sometimes you just don’t want to spend hours in front of the mirror applying makeup, you just want to bare it all and go au naturel. 

Here are some tips and tricks on how you can look naturally flawless without makeup: 

Hydrate 

Drink lots of water. Start your day by drinking water. Water will help detox and soften your skin by Staying hydrated helps in flushing out toxins from your body. Water has multiple benefits. It helps keep wrinkles at bay as well and leaves your skin looking great. 

Exfoliate

Exfoliate regularly to avoid dead skin buildup. Excess dead skin can cause clogged pores, blackheads, acne, and generally dull skin. You should include regular exfoliation in your skincare regimen because your skin is constantly shedding dead skin and by exfoliating you help in removing the dead skin from your face. 

Sleep 

Get your beauty sleep. Try and get at least 8-9 hours of sleep every day. Sleep allows your skin to rejuvenate. Beauty sleep will also prevent the dreadful dark circles under the eyes which may prevent you from going makeup-free. Your skin produces collagen while you sleep which is essential for the reduction of wrinkles.

Eyebrows 

If you want the ultimate makeup-free look always make sure you have great eyebrows as they become the center of attention on your face. You can tint your eyebrows if you don’t have any using dye or henna. You can also get your eyebrows micro-bladed if you don’t have thick eyebrows. 

Diet 

You are what you eat, literally. Adding fruits and vegetables to your daily diet will help in improving your skin appearance. Increase nuts, fish, vegetable oils, and foods rich in omega 3 in your diet. Avoid too much junk food because it might cause breakouts. Generally eating a balanced diet will ensure you have radiant glowing skin. 

Eyes

Pay more attention to your eyes. You can light up your eyes by keeping the whites of your eyes clear by using redness-reducing drops. Also, make sure you curl your eyelashes using an eyelash curler

To make your eyelashes look longer and fuller by curling your eyelashes then use a clear mascara or apply a coat of petroleum jelly on them. 

Moisturize

Make sure you moisturize your face as a good moisturizer will protect your face and keep wrinkles at bay. Ensure you always apply sunscreen or make sure your moisturizer has sunscreen to reduce premature wrinkles.

 If you want to have makeup-free days invest in lip care. Because it does not matter how supple your skin looks if your lips are chapped they become the center of attention on your face. Exfoliate your lips regularly and invest in a good chapstick to ensure your lips always look amazing. 

Skin Care Routine 

Have a skincare regimen that works for your skin type. Follow the CTM routine ( Cleansing, Moisturizing, and Toning). Once you have a skincare routine you will start to see the difference in no time. Have a morning and nighttime skincare routine to ensure your precious skin is taken care of. 

DIY Face masks 

Your skin absorbs a fair amount of what you apply to it, so you have to be very careful about the ingredients you put on your face. Always check the ingredients when you’re buying skincare products, try to go as natural as you possibly can. If you can whip up a DIY face mask with ingredients from your kitchen.
