Wear the right size bra

Start targeted exercises that focus on the pectoral muscle. These are exercises such as arm circles, wall presses, chest presses, and prayer pose exercises. Do not overdo your chest exercises there’s a reason why most bodybuilders have flat chests. The breast is made up of fat tissues and overdoing your exercises will turn the fat into muscle. 

Diet

There are specific diets that influence and activate various hormones in the body. Try as much as possible to eat estrogenic food and leafy greens. Include foods like milk, flax seeds, fennel seeds, nuts, and papayas. Your boobs are made entirely of fat so consuming foods like whole milk that are rich in fat increases boob size. Leafy greens also suppress the male hormones in women hence are a great addition to your diet. 

Fenugreek seeds 

Fenugreek seeds can do wonders when it comes to estrogen production. You can use fenugreek seeds to enlarge your breasts in two ways. You can soak the seeds in water and drink the water to stimulate the hormones internally and you can make a paste with fenugreek powder and water. Apply gently on your boobs, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and wash it off. Do this twice a day and apply sesame seed oil after.
